Areawest is an eco-friendly casual sea front property.
Sustainable, basic rooms are on offer. Some rooms enjoy sea views and awe-inspiring sea and countryside views can be experienced from right outside the front door.
No breakfast/food options are currently available and there is no public lounge or communal areas.

A £30/room security deposit, plus the total amount of the booking is required on the day of booking (no cash payments are accepted).
All bookings are advance purchase - fully pre-paid, non-refundable and non-transferable.
The deposit is fully refundable after check-out.

Areawest operates a fully supported, automated self-check-in system.
Check-in is from 2pm - 8pm.
The card holder will need to ensure that a mobile number is provided to receive a self-check-in text message sent on the day of arrival, before the earliest check-in time.
Codes will also be sent by email for guests with international mobile numbers.
In emergencies, only the card holder can obtain the self-check-in codes by phone, email or text between 14:00 - 20:00.

Bedding is provided free of charge but beds are not made to keep room rates low and for environmental reasons. Towels are not included, but can be rented for £1 per towel in rooms.
Showermats are provided free of charge.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own bedding/towels and reuse them.
To keep room rates low and for environmental reasons, room cleaning costs are £5 per hour for guests who do not want to do basic cleaning as they go along (wiping surfaces, sweeping floor and recycling).

Only on-street parking is available. Free 2-hour discs can be found in the porch.
2-day (£1) or 4-day (£2) parking permits are provided in rooms.

Check-out is by 10am. No luggage storage facilities are available.
Areawest has no lift and some rooms are on the 3rd floor.
There are no TV's in rooms and they are not listed in the booking.com facility list or any pictures.
