To make it as fair as possible for guests who want to save money and help reduce the environmental impact, cleaning costs are not included on average in room rates.
This means you do not have to pay more for your room because other people leave their rooms in a mess.
There is a £5/hour cleaning fee to consider.
Cleaning money must be left in rooms for the cleaning services required.

A £3 administration fee will apply if money for cleaning is not left in room.
The admin fee is to take photos of the messy bits, contact guests after departure and deduct money from the deposit.
We will not charge the administration fee if an email/text with details of services used and the amount to deduct from deposit is sent before departure.

Thanks to all guests who brought own bedding/towel. It helps reduce our environmental footprint.
Cleaning and tidying is not compulsory.
